This Fourth of July, we’re raising the bar (and the sparkler) with three bold cocktails inspired by the American flag’s red, white, and blue. Each one uses Sanpellegrino® Italian Sparkling Drinks as its secret weapon, delivering vibrant color, intense flavor, and bubbles that dance like a grand finale. Whether you’re a fan of bittersweet, creamy citrus, or neon-blue beach vibes, there’s a cocktail here to keep you cool while the sky explodes.

The Roman Firecracker

For those who like fireworks both in the sky and on the palate.

Bold and bittersweet, this one leans into Italy’s famous red bitters, balanced by gin’s clean edge and a bright splash of Sanpellegrino® Aranciata Rossa. It’s the drink equivalent of a sparkler—fiery, flashy, and impossible to ignore.

  • Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  • Add 45 ml Campari and 30 ml gin.
  • Stir gently, then top with 90 ml Sanpellegrino®Aranciata Rossa.
  • Garnish with an orange twist or Luxardo cherry.

As soft and unexpected as fireworks behind a summer fog bank.

Creamy yet citrus-sharp, The Amalfi Cloud floats vanilla-kissed vodka and white crème de cacao over Baileys, all cut by the bracing acidity of Sanpellegrino® Limonata. It’s rich enough for dessert yet bright enough to sip long into the night.

  • Shake 30 ml Baileys, 15 ml crème de cacao, and 30 ml vodka with ice.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Slowly top with 60 ml Sanpellegrino® Limonata.
  • Garnish with a curl of lemon zest or edible white flower petals.

A Fourth of July party is incomplete without something frozen. Enter the Sparkling Liberty—an electric-blue slush spiked with white rum, blue curaçao, and the zesty chill of Sanpellegrino® Limonata. It’s a beach party in a glass—and there’s no shame in brain freeze.

  • Pour 120 ml Sanpellegrino® Limonata into ice cube trays and freeze until solid (about 4 hours).
  • In a blender, combine frozen Sanpellegrino® Limonata cubes, 30 ml blue curaçao, and 30 ml white rum. Blend until slushy. If too thick, add a splash of chilled Sanpellegrino® Limonata or water.
  • Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with frozen blueberries or shimmering mint.
