It's being reported that the French father-and-son duo Michel and Sébastien Bras are planning to open a new restaurant in Toulouse.
Called Capucin Signé Bras, the restaurant will operate as casual place, a world away from the duo's three-Michelin starred Bras restaurant famous for their ultra seasonal approach to ingredients.
The new restaurant will serve a wide mix of Le Capucin - a cone shaped gourmet style sandwich which is made from buckwheat and filled with a mix of ingredients.
The new restaurant will serve a variety of Le Capucin - around 20 -with fillings such as foie gras and mushroom and Roquefort and pear.
This is basically what happens when two of the world's best chefs put their heads together and decide to make posh sandwiches.
Below you can see the father and son in action from the trailer Step Up to the Plate - a documentary that followed Michel as he handed his restaurant over to Sébastien.
