Meet Chelsea Miller - she's a Knife Smith who crafts these each of these beautiful knives by hand.
Speaking about the knives which she makes from high carbon steel cut Chelsea said: "Every piece is unique and made entirely by me. They reflect the complexity and simplicity of hard work and playful spirit."
Made in Vermont, the metal for the blades is made from melted horse files before it's reformed by hand.
Chelsea has created a chef knife and a cheese knife which are both available to order from her online store.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
