200 ml, at least 30% fat
100 g, fresh and grated
2 slices, crusts cut off, diced
to grease the baking dish
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and grease a baking dish with butter.
Blanche the cauliflower in salt water for 2 min. Quench, drain and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Mix together the cream, milk, cheese and the eggs, season with salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg and pour over the cauliflower. Sprinkle the bread on top and bake for 25-30 min until golden brown.
