This mixture of fruit, nuts, spices, and wine is perfect for passover.

1. Peel, core and grate the apples.
2. Juice the lemons.
3. Roughly chop the walnuts.
4. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
5. Cover and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
