Bananas: 2 (halved lengthwise - 4 pieces total)
Unsalted butter: 2 tbsp (melted)
Brown sugar: 1 tbsp
FOR SERVING
Ube ice cream: 1 pint (about 2 cups)
Toasted coconut flakes: 1/4 cup
Roasted peanuts: 1/4 cup (crushed)
Whipped cream: 1 cup
Zest of one lime: 1

How to make Grilled Banana Sundae with Ube Ice Cream

Prepare the Bananas
- Brush the bananas with the melted butter and sprinkle lightly with the brown sugar.

Grill Until Caramelized
- Grill the bananas cut-side down until caramelized and lightly smoky.
03.
Assemble the Sundaes
- Place the warm bananas in bowls with scoops of ube ice cream.
04.
Finish and Serve
- Top with whipped cream and finish with the lime zest.
