Celebrate the season’s shift with sparkling, spirit-free cocktails layered with autumn fruit, spice, and fizz—because fall deserves something brighter than cider alone.

Summer’s last rosé has been poured, the grill has cooled, and suddenly we’re talking cardigans and candles. The shift into golden season deserves drinks that feel as cozy as pulling a blanket over your lap, without requiring a nap afterwards. Enter the mocktail lineup: fizzy, flavorful, and oh so ready for fall.

This one feels like autumn in a glass; an apple orchard meets an orange grove. Sanpellegrino® Aranciata Orange lays the foundation, while cinnamon-kissed apple cider brings the fall feels.

  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • Add 30 ml apple cider, 15 ml lemon juice, and 15 ml cinnamon simple syrup.*
  • Shake gently, then strain into a glass of fresh ice.
  • Top with 90 ml Sanpellegrino® Aranciata Orange.
  • Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.

*To make cinnamon syrup: Simmer equal parts sugar and water with a cinnamon stick. Steep, strain, and store.

  • Garnish with a pear slice, or crystallized ginger.

This one’s crisp and vivid, like the first chilly night when you actually enjoy putting on a jacket. Sanpellegrino® Aranciata Rossa brings lively citrus, cranberry adds tang, and a touch of maple syrup with thyme or rosemary evokes autumn, conjuring the scent of woodsmoke and crisp leaves beneath your feet. 

  • In a shaker, gently muddle a thyme or rosemary sprig with 7 ml maple syrup.
  • Add 30 ml cranberry juice, 15 ml lemon juice, and ice. Shake or stir.
  • Strain into a glass of fresh ice.
  • Top with 90 ml Sanpellegrino® Aranciata Rossa.
  • Garnish with sugared cranberries or a lemon wheel and herb sprig.
