The 44th international trade show dedicated to artisan gelato, pastry, bakery and the coffee world will run from 21-25 January 2023, at the Rimini Expo Centre, Italy.
For over forty years, SIGEP has been a major reference point for coffee and dessert sectors. This year will be the same with events, congresses, demonstrations and talks by some of the world’s leading masters of desserts and chocolatiers in six different arenas. This edition will feature the modern themes of recent technological innovations, and talks on training and culture, with insights available on raw materials and ingredients, machinery and equipment, furnishings, packaging and services. Dedicated sectors in the exhibition space are gelato, pastry, coffee, bakery and chocolate.
With five days of events and learning, SIGEP offers an opportunity to network and invigorate working business relationships in the sweet and coffee sectors.
