For the ultimate lobster fuelled festival head to Maine Lobster Festival in Rockland.
The monster lobster festival with a massive reputation worldwide promises five days of fun and feasting with over 20,000 tons of fresh lobster to be devoured.
Highlights include; fresh lobster rolls in the main eating tent, an amateur seafood cooking contest with cash prizes for the winners as well as plenty of activities including the Great Lobster Crate Race, where the current champion holds the record of running over 3,000 crates on the water.
