Gastronomika, the world-class culinary congress that has called San Sebastian home for over two decades, returns for an in-person event this year, from 14 - 17 November.
Joan Roca, Alain Ducasse, Alex Atala, Virgilio Martínez, Elena Arzak and Albert Adrià are just a few of the culinary heavyweight speakers in the programme, in what will be an opportunity to to present their latest work and research, and celebrate the re-opening of hospitality.
Highlights include Ducasse and Adrià presenting ADMO, their new temporary restaurant in Paris, and the team from Disfrutar demonstrating their 'disruptive techniques' on stage.
Alongside the chef presentations, there's also an eclectic line-up of side events, like the national Russian salad championship and the national chickpea championships.
