“The Peak”, an intimate pop-up countertop restaurant created by Swiss star chef Andreas Caminada arrives at Jojo at The St. Regis Bangkok from 14th November 2019 to 2nd January 2020,
Diners will be able to glimpse into Chef Andreas Caminada’s signature fine dining experience offered at the three-Michelin-starred Schloss Schauenstein with a specially curated menu, a long way from its mountanous home in Switzerland.
Each night 12 diners will embark on an exclusive six-course journey featuring additional snacks and little dishes that enrich the senses, including Black Cod Pumpkin Cicorino Rosso, Mackerel Avocado Daikon Wasabi and Lamb Loin Lamb Belly Harissa Sea Buckthorn courtesy of Andreas Caminada’s Head Chef David Hartwig.
