S.Pellegrino Young Chef, Mark Moriarty is all set to complete the last leg of his global tour of dinner series with a final evening back on home turf, in Dublin. Taking place on 25 September at The Greenhouse Restaurant the Irish chef will create a 5 course menu with tasting wines open to the public.
Since winning S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 last June, Moriarty has taken his modern Irish cooking around the world notching up an impressive collection of airmiles cooking in international kitchens. London, Milan, Alta Badia, Melbourne, Sydney, Charleston, Singapore, Amalfi, Paris, Switzerland, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Hong Kong being amongst his stop offs, where he joined forces with many of his peers met during the competition for unique dinners.
Moriarty will return to Milan, Italy on October 13th 2016, to hand over the baton to the next young chef who will be crowned S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016.
