Le Strade Della Mozzarella return to the Big Apple for the LSDM New York 2017 edition on 28 and 29 June. Following on from the Paestum edition in Italy in April, the haute cusine congress designed by Barbara Guerra and Albert Sapere crosses the pond bringing with it some of the greatest influencers of Neapolitan pizza and Italian cuisine.
Among this year's line-up includes young talent: Alessandro Rapisarda, Italian finalist of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 - and current candidate for the 2017 edition, plus a selection of top US and Italian chefs, artisans and pizzaioli who will offer an authentic taste of Italy during a number of food demonstrations and classes championing mozzarella.
Two days of events will highlight the quality and versatility of the iconic Italian buffalo milk cheese while day two will zoom in on pizza, with a number of presentations by master pizzaioli from both Italy and the USA.

A series of guided tastings as well as four chefs lessons led by three US chefs plus a young Italian talent.
From 19.00 until 21.00
A party will be hosted by Italian chefs Gaetano and Pasquale Torrente, with tasting, wines and dishes.

At the event space of the Kesté Wall Street pizzeria, 77 Fulton Street, New York, NY 10038
From 4 pm until 8 pm a series of pizzaiolas will hold lessons to an audience of enthusiasts and professionals.
Flying in from Italy for the occasion, Pizzaioli Gino Sorbillo and Rosario Ferraro will join US pizzaioli Giulio Adriani and Roberto Caporuscio.
