After the adventures of Identity Expo and the voyage of the Identità Golose to New York and Chicago it's the time for the International Chef Congress, created by Paolo Marchi, to return to its maternal home at Identità Golose Milan.
The twelfth edition of the Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino sponsored Identità Golose will take place between 6 and 8 March 2016 in Italy's economic capital. This year's theme will be The Strength of Freedom: the freedom to learn and to create, to share and discuss, to be open without being limited by geographical or psychological boundaries.

Many top Italian and international chefs are expected: in addition to the great names like Massimo Bottura , Carlo Cracco , Féolde Annie and Giorgio Pinchiorri there will also be Matthew Kenney , Matt Orlando and Niko Romito who will showcase their culinary skills on different stages.
The event will feature the usual highlights from the 'masters' of leavened bread, panettone and pizza to the most talented pastry chefs in the world taking part in 'Dessert Dossier', as well as some new additions for this year including Identity Gelato (ice cream) and Identità di Mare (sea).
