The 7th edition of the S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino will make its grand debut on April 7th and run until May 12th. The event, which will take place in the picturesque Swiss canton of Ticino, will feature seven elegant dinners, two special lunches and three entertaining lounge evenings.
Themed Berlin in Ticino, the month-long event will highlight the cuisine of seven renown chefs from some of the best hotels and restaurants in Berlin. They will work alongside local Swiss chefs to produce exciting dishes blending German flavors with those of the local cuisine of Ticino.
Participating chefs from Berlin are Christian Lohse, Philip Jay Meisel, Michael Kempf, Hendrik Otto, Matthias Diether, Sonja Fruhsammer and Marco Muller.
S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2013 will celebrate its grand finale on May 12th with a special dinner to be prepared at the Grand Hotel Eden in Lugano. The dinner will feature the cuisine of talented local chefs Ivo Adam, Andrea Bertarini, Marco Ghioldi, Egidio Iadonisi, Antonio Fallini, René Nagy and Dario Ranza.
