Global restaurant guide Opinionated About Dining, has released its top 100+ North American Restaurants List for 2019 with The Willows Inn on Lummi Island, Washington, taking the number one spot for a third consecutive year.
SingleThread Farm, run by husband and wife team Kyle and Katina Connaughton in California maintains its place at number two for the second year running. Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare in New York follows up in third place having jumped five places up the list on last year.

The list is voted for by over 6,000 OAD reviewers annually and claims to be only global restaurant guide that considers a diner’s gastronomic background and restaurant reviewing experience, as well as the quality of restaurants they visit.

Chef Blaine Wetzel (Left in top image) is known for is known for showcasing local seasonal ingredients ‘fished, foraged, and farmed daily’. The tasting menu is $225 and includes dishes like toasted kale leaves, kiwi berries with pork and rosehip, bread from heirloom wheat, and toasted birch with paw paw.
