The new book from Sergio Herman is published today: the Michelin starred chef from Oud Sluis restaurant in the Netherlands has designed a book containing recipes, amazing pictures and an audio device.
The book looks at some of Herman's inspirations in the kitchen from a tattoo artist to a citrus fruit, a DJ to an architect, Sergiology is 400 pages packed with insights into the chef who is famous for his technical execution, beautifully presented dishes and taking inspiration from the nature around him.
From the video trailer it seems the audio device will go alongside some of the pictures in the book making this a much more immersive experience than your average recipe book.
