This is an exciting tale of a wonderful trip, mixing the joys of fishing with the important story of sustainability.

What's Next for Gaston?
This week on Fine Dining Lovers we took a trip to Peru to interview Gaston Acurio and find out what he’s been up to since announcing his retirement from Astrid y Gaston last month.
He spoke to us about some of the latest concepts for fast casual dining that he’s working on in Peru and his plans to open a La Mar style restaurant, similar to his informal restaurant in Lima, London.
The Peruvian chef also gave us some details about his expedition planned for 2015 in which he will travel across Peru with a team of people researching food and rediscovering lost recipes.
Also this week
We took a look a Calossal squid caught in New Zealand, a great trick for using juice pulp and the news of a pop up restaurant in London that will only serve diners from tin cans.
