If you are curious about the new menu at Next, check out this teaser of Grant Achatz's latest seasonal offering. Called The Hunt, the menu is dedicated to local game of the Midwest.
Just like they did for his Kyoto fall menu, Achatz's team has produced a magnificient but less cryptic video for The Hunt. The video opens with a hunter walking through snowy woods in search for his prey then quickly cuts to gorgeous shots of butchered meats, wine, ovens and cooks hard at work with duties like carefully shaving bones to use as plates.
The Hunt will be followed by a vegan menu in the spring and another dedicated to the Bocuse d'Or culinary competition in the summer.
