Next spring, the legendary restaurant elBulli will come to life once again with a new seven-volume cookbook published by Phaidon. In it, acclaimed chef Ferran Adrià tells the history of the last seven years of elBulli and gives painstaking details of the recipes that made him famous.
Titled elBulli 2005-2011 the cookbook will feature 750 recipes and more than 1,000 pictures of the restaurant that was voted the best in the world a whopping five times. It will retail for $625 and debut in March 2014.
