From his days on Top Chef to his restaurants in Atlanta, we know Richard Blais has food on his mind. The chef got literal about his passion for the cover of his upcoming cookbook which features his head on a plate right next to a glass of red wine.
Aptly named Try This At Home: Recipes From My Head To Your Plate, the cookbook has a foreword by Tom Colicchio and is available for preorder on Amazon. It is yet unclear how many recipes will be featured. The book will make its debut in February.
We don't know if having Richard's head on a plate will help sell any cookbooks but some fans have already tweeted their approval.
