You'll want to book the first flight to Lima when you feast your eyes on the amazing dishes being served this month at Gastón Acurio's acclaimed restaurant Astrid & Gastón.
The restaurant is serving its final tasting menu before closing at the end of the month and relocating to a historical hacienda across town. It will reopen on February 16th under the name Astrid & Gastón Casa Moreyra.
Astrid & Gastón has been a labor of love for Acurio and his partner Astrid Gutsche. Together, they've created a Peruvian haute cuisine movement that's cast a spotlight on Latin American cuisine. Take a look at some of the fabulous dishes on their final tasting menu:
