This year Le Fooding and S.Pellegrino will organize three pop-up dinners and thirteen female chefs will be hosting. We couldn't resist getting to know these inspiring women one by one, here we meet Agata Felluga who will be cooking Acqua cotta soupe Toscane orties et vin rouge on Saturday the 16th.
Agata describes her philosophy in the kitchen to be spontaneous and working with Inaki Aizpitarte as a huge step in her career (at le Chateaubriand, Paris 11).
When talking about the dish she will be cooking at Le Fooding on Saturday, she says:
"It was my father's favorite, it reminds me of my childhood. The recipe belongs to where I was born, it's a simple one. "
Her dream for the future is of course to open her own restaurant. Good luck Agata!
