He's eaten at many of the World's 50 Best Restaurants and gets to try new cultures and flavors on an almost daily basis.
Recently he's been tweeting some of his pictures from a trip to Osako in Japan. While there he visited the Koryu and tweeted some incredible shots of his food.
It's an insight into solid Japanese cuisine, presented beautifully within a traditional restaurant.
