With their dark ruby color, cherries are the darlings of summer fruit. Whether sweet or sour, they are beloved for their flavor. But cherries aren't just for eating, they are also making a splash in the fashion world.
Case in point? The lovely shimmery gold and green sandals by Miu Miu pictured above. These designer cherry sandals, which sell for $600, are one of the many encarnations of summer fruit on the runway.
