A group of the world’s best chefs have marked the end of a special weekend in New York with a celebratory Italian dinner at Eataly.
Hosted by S.Pellegrino, the event was supposed to see Clement Vachon, international relations manager at S.Pellegrino and the journalist Andrea Pertrini switch rolls and cook for the chefs, however, they were quickly pushed out of the kitchen by Fulvio Pierangelini who cooked up a delicious tomato sauce and pasta for guests.

The lunch marked the end of an eventful week in New York with 29 of the world’s best chefs in the city to surprise the American chef Wylie Dufresne. Part of Gelinaz! 2014.
