On Wednesday March 13th a calorie-neutral restaurant will open for just one day in London - offering diners the chance to enjoy a meal that burns as many calories as it contains.
Called Steam, the one-day restaurant is the brain child of Miele who produce hi-tech kitchen equipment and want to promote their new range of appliances that cook foods using steam.
Chef Fred Forster will be preparing the food but the menu for the day is still under lock and key.
We're still not sure exactly how calorie-neutral dining will translate on the plate but we're interested to see how the restaurant runs and operates.
