Patrick is known for producing high quality artisan butters and expert butters. He makes butters that have an extremely low fat content when compared with others - making them light, tasty and different to most of the butters being produced around the world.
During his Mad Food speech Patrick discusses his story, how h got started and the process involved in producing his magically creamy butter. Patrick also produces salt through the very traditional method of boiling the ocean to release its salts.
