Blanch and Shockare known for their exciting and tasty events, crazy food design and far out presentation and now, with their own residency inside The Future Laboratory in London’s Shoreditch area, they’re upping the anti with all sorts of fun themed food events.
Throughout May the team will be hosting their first series of dinners at the laboratory with a set menu of five courses, snacks and homemade bread and butter.
The team will be welcoming the public into the research space for the first time as they cook up some of their favourite dishes from the past two years and display some of the techniques they are most intrigued with.
One dish consists of beeswax, honey, pumpkin , flowers and herbs, pet while fermented garlic, mole and wood ants pop up in other dishes. Unfortunatley there's no mention of their famous exploding cake seen in the picture above.
The team’s first dinners will be held on the May 16th, 23rd and 30th with tickets costing £42, around $65.
