Beautiful Plating from Frankfurt

We like it when the community decide to share their videos with us at FDL Hq so when the German chef Matthias Schmidt decided to share a video of him in the kitchen we just had to share.

Mattias is the chef at the one Michelin starred restaurant, Villa Merton in Frankfurt. The video shows Mattias preparing food in the kitchen and sharing some of his kitchen philosophy with the world.
