Chef Andoni Luiz Aduriz is the man in charge at the Mugaritz restaurant, voted 4th on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants List for 2013. He is the creative mind behind a number of imaginative and thought provoking plates and is a strong ambassador for combining different disciplines in the kitchen.

In true Andoni style he makes the challenge his own, telling us his fridge is always well stocked, adding a broth and taking the black pepper and magically turning it into a bell pepper, something Heston Blumenthal also did when he took the Bare Fridge Challenge.
