Throughout the weekend, Chef’s Table will curate culinary demonstrations, including a presentation on trompe-l’œil pastry with Ukrainian pastry chef and former architect Dinara Kasko; a Senegalese ataya tea ceremony with Serigne Mbaye, who won the 2026 James Beard Award for Best Chef: South; a mixology class focused on botanical cocktails with Christina Veira of Bar Mordecai in Toronto; and a steak-grilling class with Doug Psaltis of Asador Bastian in Chicago. Asador Bastian was named one of Esquire’s best new restaurants of 2023 and one of The New York Times’s best restaurants of 2024.

On Friday night, The Icons Dinner reimagines the classic Las Vegas buffet as an opulent epicurean experience. Thomas Keller and Marcus Samuelsson are among the chefs preparing dishes for what might be the most upscale Vegas buffet ever served. Tickets cost $1,000, and Wynn promises “iconic chefs, Champagne and spectacle.” Lost and The Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder will also appear with Brother’s Bond Bourbon, the whiskey brand he co-founded.

The main event happens on Saturday night. The Feast is a massive tasting event divided into what Wynn calls “four distinct culinary universes,” where chefs from around the world serve tasting portions of some of their defining dishes. During the Chef + Celebrity Cook-Off, Sarah Glover of The Wild Kitchen, Sara Aqel of Dara Dining in Amman, Jordan, and Nina Compton of Compère Lapin in New Orleans will team up with social media creators to reimagine some of their signature dishes. Tickets start at $295. At midnight, the Club Gourmet afterparty gives guests the chance to mingle with chefs including Susan Bae of Moon Rabbit in Washington, D.C.

On Sunday morning, the Grand Revelry Brunch will feature Kate Reid of Lune Croissanterie in Melbourne, Australia; Phillip Frankland Lee of Sushi by Scratch Restaurants; and Santiago Moctezuma of Maizajo in Mexico City. Among the brunch’s offerings are sushi and “live teppanyaki inspired by American classics,” according to Wynn. Tickets cost $300.

“The goal is simple,” Connor said. “Create unforgettable food experiences that celebrate culinary excellence on a global scale.”
