Ronnen first gained national attention as the chef behind Oprah Winfrey’s 21-day vegan cleanse and has since become one of the most influential voices in plant-based dining. He has cooked for high-profile events including Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi’s wedding and a U.S. Senate dinner, and is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York.
