The highly creative chef Wylie Dufresne has stopped by the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon show to focus his attention on the ingredient of shrimp.
Dufresne shows Fallon how to make his drinkable shrimp cocktail using a horseradish infused vodka, a clarified bloody mary and shrimps coated in a dusted bloody mary.
The chef then goes on to make ramen but with noodles that are made with a shrimp paste that's cooked directly in water.
Dufresne also teaches the TV host how to blow eggs - a quick technique used for releasing eggs from their shell.
