Here we are, the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 final challenge has arrived: fom over 3,000 competitors we are now down the remaining three chefs who will compete in a head to head competition this evening. Who will win from Spain and Portugal, France and the USA?

As the three young chefs prepare themselves for the final challenge along with their mentors we invite you to take a look back at Day one and Day two of the events that lead them to this prestigious point in the competition.
