Welcome to the fourth edition of the S.Pellegrino Round Table, a series that gives chefs a chance to sit around the table and enjoy great food and conversation.
In the final scheduled episode (above), chefs Jeremy Charles (Raymonds), Patrick Kriss (Alo), Derek Dammann (Maison Publique) and Lee Cooper (L’Abattoir), along with Jacob Richler (Canada’s 100 Best) meet in Toronto to discuss their influences, such as the magic of being around your ingredients in nature and learning from those with more experience, while also getting your head down and doing your own thing, despite the accolades.
The group also agree how rare it is, as chefs, to sit down and really enjoy a meal and take your time over it.
