Rene Redzepi’s Mad Food Camp Begins on Sunday. The Danish chef is hosting his second food festival and chefs Massimo Bottura,Ferran Adriàand Fergus Henderson will be there among others.
There will be a number of environmental speakers, academics and many more chefs at the event, with a theme this year that centres on the word 'appetite'.
