A list of 12 great chefs have teamed up to create a box set of unique caramels for If Only with sales benefitting The James Beard Foundation.
David Kinch with Stephanie Prida offered up Maldon Sea Salt & Vanilla Bean, Dominique Crenn with Juan Contreras made a caramel with Wild Honey and Bee Pollen and Daniel Humm from Eleven Madison Park is also listed as one of the contributors but there's no sign of what caramel he produced.
Other interesting flavors include a bourbon with Aperol lava salt, a pomegranate molasses with ira chile and dehydrated black olive and an apricot nougat, pistachio and white truffle caramel.
The box set costs $100 and comes with 48 Caramels in total. You can see the whole list of chefs and flavors on the If Only website.
