They have asked the chef to offer up what new thinks he thinks people will be eating and drinking this year. Vegetables from the cabbage family and wild line caught fish are just some of the foods the chef expects to increase in popularity. He also predicts there will be somewhat of a backlash against processed ingredients with hand made foods of all kinds back on the menu.
