Tomato sauce, or ketchup as it's usually referred to, is one of those great condiments that goes with most foods, however, store bought sauces often contain lots of sugars, additives and a whole list of other added ingredients that don't necessarily need to be there.
That's why we want to highlight this great post by Jamie Oliver which offers a great recipe for making your own fresh and homemade tomato sauce. The recipe is really simple to follow and as with most of Jamie Oliver's recipes contains a few interesting twists such as the use of coriander seeds and cloves.
Take a look for yourself - you'll be surprised just how easy it is to make your own at home.
