Edible Flower Salad Recipe

This month FDL visited Iolanda Bustos the flower chef of Girona - she has been cooking with flowers in her restaurant since it opened and has built quite a reputation for her use of edible flowers and herbs.

While in Girona FDL tried an amazing edible flower salad with salmon which is why we had to bring you this great recipe from The View from The Great Island blog.
