As part of a series called ‘Food Fail’ - Chang talks about his first week working as a young cook in Japan and cutting himself the first time he ever used a real cleaver.
The chef says it was one of the worse moments of his life as a cook and that the cut literally came from his first ever cut with the knife.
He shows he still has the scars to prove it and that the nail on his finger still doesn’t grow properly because of the accident.
