What would American cuisine look like if you removed all European influence? This is the question asked by Sean Sherman, an American chef who is focused on cooking with indigenous ingredients.
Sherman runs the Sioux Chef food company and is set to open a restaurant soon thanks to a Kickstarter campaign.
