Check out this chopping board suitcase concept from the Dutch designer Iskander van Wagtendonk.
From the outside it looks exactly like a normal chopping board but upon further inspection the user realizes it's actually a suitcase packed full of interesting appliances needed to prepare a meal.
Called the Bamboo Chopper - the suitcase contains a knife and a stove that can be quickly assembled to allow the user to cook anywhere.
The piece fits exactly into a bicycle crate allowing the user to take their board, knife and portable stove anywhere they like. Just imagine picnics with this thing.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
