The S.Pellegrino Cooking Cup ended yesterday with a special regatta that combined fine dining with sailing.
The prestigious Acqua Panna & S.Pellegrino Young Chef Of The Year 2013 went to the 32 year old Chef Paul Qui who delighted the jury with his Chawan Mushi recipe, a traditional Japanese dish with eggs served as an appetizer in a tea bowl.
The Acqua Panna People's Choice Award was given out to the Israeli team and Chef Haviv Moshe. Italy and the States came second in this category.
The evening gala took place under the magic atmosphere of the Fenice theatre. The jury and guests participated to the award ceremony and had a chance to taste an exceptional menu designed for the occasion by starred chef Emanuele Scarello.
