The date for Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2015 will be announced at an awards ceremony on Monday March 9th 2015.
The awards ceremony, which is now in it’s third year, will be help in Singapore with a start studded line up of chefs, journalists and industry professionals expected to attend.
Just before the ceremony Singapore’s 72-13 will play host to a series of workshops as part of a culinary summit titles, ‘The New Modern: 2015 and Beyond’. The workshops will take across two days with some of the world’s best chefs taking part in the programme. Daniel Humm, Gaston AcurioandVirgilio Martinez are just some of the chef on hand for a series of master classes and maestro dinners.
David Thompson from the Nahm restaurant in Bangkok was voted the best restaurant during Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2014 ceremony. Stay tuned for more news as and when it is released.
