Gaggan in Bangkok is the winner of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2018 sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna for an incredible fourth year in a row: a speechless chef Gaggan Anand received the award to the applause of his peers at a packed Wynn Palace Cotai in Macao – "We have become a family" he announced.

The estatic team from Mume in Taipei celebrated jumping an incredible 25 places, the highest climber and one of three Taiwan-based restaurants on the list this year, while The Chefs’ Choice award went to Yoshihiro Narisawa.
