The TV star and adventurous eater Andrew Zimmern has created his list of the best cookbooks of 2013.

There's 25 books on the list that covers everything from Japanese soul cooking to Burmese cuisine.

David Kinch gets a mention with his Manresa book and Rene Redzepi's journal with recipes is also on the list.

This is a solid list with some great suggestions if you're looking to add to your reading materials.
