Reopened in February 2026 following a 10-month renovation, Napa Rose marks 25 years as Disneyland’s most enduring fine dining restaurant. Located inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, the restaurant returns with a refreshed identity that balances continuity with quiet evolution, reaffirming its place as a serious dining destination within the resort.
From the beginning, Napa Rose has been shaped by California wine country sensibilities, a foundation that remains central to the experience today. The cooking is seasonal and market-driven, presented primarily through a four-course tasting menu that allows guests to choose from multiple options at each stage. The approach favors refinement and clarity over theatrics, offering polished dishes that feel composed rather than showy.
The menu highlights carefully sourced seafood, meats, and produce, with dishes that reflect classical technique and measured creativity. Entrees may include Colorado rack of lamb, tangerine-roasted Rocky chicken, or miso cabbage crêpes with scallions, while desserts lean toward comfort and craftsmanship, such as white cheddar cannoli made with Fiscalini reserve or warm apple honey brioche.
In the bar and lounge, a separate à la carte menu provides a more casual entry point, featuring small plates, charcuterie, seafood preparations, and caviar service. The cocktail program focuses on house-made juices and tinctures, with inventive interpretations of classics alongside more experimental offerings.
Napa Rose is also defined by one of the region’s most extensive wine programs. Its cellar holds more than 13,000 bottles spanning roughly 1,500 labels, with an emphasis on depth, provenance, and thoughtful global representation.
The redesigned interior draws from California’s Arts and Crafts tradition and Napa Valley’s agricultural landscape. Warm woods, stone, cork, and leather create a sense of place, while architectural details reference wine barrels and vineyard structures. Distinct dining areas, including an open kitchen, private dining spaces, outdoor terraces, and a dramatic wine wall, offer multiple ways to experience the restaurant within a cohesive whole.
