José Andrés Restaurants

Spanish-born chef José Andrés came to the US in 1991 and has since built an empire of over 30 restaurants, including Minibar in Washington DC, è in Las Vegas, and The Bazaar, which can be found in New York City, Miami Beach, and Washington DC. Over the last few decades, he has collected a long list of awards and honors that recognize far more than his abilities in the kitchen. Esteemed for his humanitarian work, having created World Central Kitchen (WCK) to provide food relief in crisis situations, he is also known as an author, TV personality, and educator.
